Setting up your firm (logo, template, team)

Four steps make LendPacket feel like YOUR firm's portal:

1. Add your logo and brand color — Settings → Borrower portal branding. Every borrower email and the upload portal carry your branding; LendPacket appears only in a small footer.
2. Pick or customize a template — Templates. Clone a built-in template and adjust it to your credit box (see the template articles).
3. Invite your team — Team → Invite. Roles control what each person can do.
4. Send your first request — Files → New loan file.

Each step takes a minute or two. The sample demo file in new accounts is safe to experiment on — closing or deleting it costs nothing.
