Reading your dashboard

The dashboard (Dashboard in the sidebar) is your morning coffee view:

• Stat tiles: open files, documents waiting for review (including unsorted uploads), stale documents, and quiet borrowers.
• My files needing attention: files assigned to you with something to review, something stale, or a long-waiting item.
• Documents awaiting review: oldest first, so nothing rots at the bottom.
• Going stale soon: accepted documents whose freshness window ends within 14 days.
• Quiet borrowers: people with outstanding items who haven't visited or uploaded in 5+ days — the ones worth a personal call.

If you've used 80% of your plan's active files, a banner appears here with a one-click path to the billing page.
