Working with borrowers

The "Upload everything" pile, explained

Borrowers rarely upload documents one by one — they have a folder. The pile embraces that:

  1. The borrower drops any number of files into the big box at the top of their checklist.
  2. The AI reads each one, figures out what it is, and files it onto the matching checklist item automatically when it's confident. The borrower literally watches their checklist tick itself off.
  3. Anything the AI isn't sure about lands in YOUR Unsorted uploads tray on the file page, with the AI's best guess preselected — filing it is one click ("File it"), or turn it into a new checklist item ("New item from this…").

Borrowers see pile uploads as "Received — being reviewed." Nothing is ever marked Accepted without a human deciding.
